A physical business address with a real office lease

Setting up a virtual mailbox address only takes a few minutes. Once your subscription starts, you will be issued a welcome email with your account and mailbox address. At this time, you may begin giving out your new address. However, we cannot process your incoming mail until we have received your completed USPS Form 1583.

Financial institutions verify customer and business addresses under their own KYC and customer-identification policies. A standard virtual mailbox is a CMRA mail-receiving service and may not satisfy an institution's requirement for a physical business location. Virtual Mail Hub operates its virtual-mailbox service as a USPS-registered CMRA. Eligible Physical Office Address plans separately provide a commercial suite, lease, and utility-bill documentation intended to support address verification. Final acceptance depends on the institution's current policy and the applicant's circumstances.

For business-address verification, a financial institution may ask for documents in your company's name, such as a recent utility bill or a signed lease agreement. Requirements vary by institution, account type, applicant, and current policy, so confirm the exact checklist with the institution before purchasing a plan.

Eligible Physical Office Address plans at participating locations include a commercial sublease agreement and utility-bill documentation in your company's name. These documents are intended to support physical-address verification; they do not guarantee approval, and each institution applies its own current requirements.

Yes, you can upgrade at any time. Contact our support team and we'll help you transition to a Physical Office Address plan. Your existing mail services will continue uninterrupted during the upgrade process.

Virtual Mail Hub operates its virtual-mailbox service as a USPS-registered Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA) and requires USPS Form 1583 before processing customer mail. Physical Office Address plans are separate commercial-space offerings with plan-specific lease documentation.

Only when your business independently meets Google's current eligibility rules. A lease or mailing address alone is not enough: Google may require permanent signage, your own staff at the location during stated hours, and in-person customer contact. Virtual-mailbox-only locations are not eligible, and Google makes the final decision.

We use encrypted document storage, role-based access controls, and staffed, access-controlled mail facilities. All scanned documents are stored in our encrypted cloud system accessible only to authorized account holders, and physical mail is never opened or destroyed without your instruction.

You'll receive an automatic email notification the moment our mail scanning service uploads new mail to your virtual mailbox. From there, you can view, open and scan, forward, or securely shred your mail directly from the dashboard or our mobile app.

Refund requests submitted within 15 calendar days of the original purchase may qualify for a full refund when documented identity verification or USPS Form 1583 verification cannot be completed through no fault or misconduct of the customer. Eligibility is reviewed under the Terms of Service.
