No. A virtual mailbox receives mail addressed to your mailbox address, so letters from senders you have not updated keep going to the house. VMH does not file a USPS change of address for you, and mail sent to your home does not reach the mailbox on its own.
For that mail, use the USPS options for the house: Hold Mail covers absences of 3 to 30 days, and USPS has its own forwarding for longer stays. Each sender you move to the mailbox address leaves less waiting at the empty home. What a mailbox address is.

Ask VMH to forward that item to the home you are staying in, once you have confirmed the address. Forwarding is a new mailing from VMH to that destination, with its own postage, so allow delivery time before you move on.
If you only need to read the document, a scan may be enough. If you have to sign and return it, ask the sender whether a scanned or electronic copy is acceptable; some senders accept one and some require the paper original. See how scanning and forwarding work.
