Their help centre explains that mail undergoes centralised processing at facilities in Beaverton, Oregon, or Frisco, Texas, that it usually takes 2 to 3 business days to reach a processing centre, and that it then generally appears in the inbox within 1 to 2 business days.
That is 3 to 5 business days between a letter arriving and you being able to read it. Virtual Mail Hub scans at the address itself, same or next business day, because the people handling your mail are in the building it was delivered to.
Their published cancellation policy gives two options. A $50 fee applies if you choose to cancel with 6 months of continued access.
