Will a VMH mailbox pass Amazon verification?
We cannot promise that. Amazon reviews seller information and may request supporting evidence. Use accurate details and follow the requirements shown for your account.
Is VMH an FBA prep center?
The mailbox service described here is for business mail. It does not include labeling inventory, preparing FBA shipments, storing bulk stock or fulfilling orders.
Can I receive supplier samples?
Ask about the receiving location's limits and the specific items before sending them. Parcel size, contents, quantity and storage needs affect whether a shipment is suitable.
Can this be my returns address?
Confirm the expected volume and handling with VMH before publishing it. Receiving an authorized parcel does not include inspecting, grading, restocking or refunding a return.
Can you supply a document requested by Amazon?
Tell us the precise request. Any document VMH provides must describe a genuine service or arrangement. We do not alter documents or guarantee Amazon's decision.

What happens when Amazon mails a verification postcard?
Amazon may mail a postcard with a verification code to the address on your seller account, and the code has to be entered in Seller Central. If mail for that address reaches you through VMH, the postcard arrives like any other letter: you see the envelope image in your dashboard and can request an open-and-scan to read the code.
Watch for it and enter the code promptly, because Amazon sets the time limit. Receiving the postcard does not decide the review on its own. Amazon weighs your documents, identity check and account details together, and we cannot promise the outcome. The full seller verification walkthrough.
Can Amazon tell that an address is a mailbox?
Assume it can. USPS address data marks every commercial mail receiving agency address, and the address-checking services that banks and platforms use read that mark. Writing “Suite” in place of “PMB” does not hide it, and mail without the PMB may be returned.
Describe the address for what it is. Use the PMB format we give you for correspondence, and give Amazon the details its forms ask for, including a physical location where one is required.
