Popular US retailers. Store acceptance and item eligibility vary.
A US shipping address can help you shop from US stores that do not offer direct international delivery. Confirm that the retailer accepts your assigned address and payment method before placing the order.
Approved packages arrive at a staffed VMH facility, where we log and photograph them. You can then review storage, consolidation and parcel forwarding options before approving the next shipment.

These are common shopping categories. Item eligibility, carrier service and destination rules still apply to every package.

Virtual Mail Hub connects the two parts of cross-border online shopping: a US address for an eligible domestic delivery and a reviewed parcel-forwarding plan for the final destination.
Use the recipient details assigned to your active account for eligible US online shopping orders. Compare available cities on our US mailbox locations page before choosing a plan.
If eligible orders arrive separately, ask us to compare one consolidated parcel with separate shipments. Dimensions, safe packing, storage and carrier limits determine the available option and final price.
We weigh and measure the forwarding parcel, show available postage and disclose the handling fee before dispatch. Review the mailbox features and included allowances on the pricing and plans page.
After your account, recipient details and item eligibility are confirmed, use the assigned VMH address at checkout. Check the retailer’s forwarding-address and payment rules before placing a high-value order.
We log and photograph accepted packages on arrival so you can review them in your dashboard. If another order is coming, check the available storage window and any charges before you wait.
Choose an available forwarding service for your destination. When eligible packages can be consolidated, we weigh and measure the final parcel, compare available rates and ask you to approve the quote before dispatch.
Review these five cost groups before placing the order:
VMH confirms the forwarding services available for the parcel and asks you to approve postage and handling before dispatch. Destination duties, taxes or carrier charges can still apply separately.
Eligible orders can be reviewed for package consolidation when they arrive on different days. We compare the packed dimensions, storage timing and available carrier services before quoting the final parcel. Oversized, restricted or fragile items may need to travel separately.
A package forwarding service gives an approved customer a US receiving address for eligible purchases. The provider receives and records the parcel, then sends it to the customer through an available domestic or international forwarding service after the customer approves the shipment.
Open and verify your account, confirm the item and destination, and use your assigned recipient details at checkout. After an accepted parcel arrives, review it in your dashboard, choose any eligible package consolidation and forwarding options, then approve the shipping quote before dispatch.
Choose a VMH mailbox plan and complete the required account and recipient verification. We then provide the assigned US address and the exact recipient format to use for eligible orders. Do not send a parcel before the account and item are approved.
Not every retailer accepts forwarding addresses, foreign payment methods or every destination. Review the seller’s checkout and shipping terms before ordering, especially for expensive or limited-release items. Store acceptance is controlled by the retailer.
Hazardous goods and perishables are refused at intake. Batteries, liquids, aerosols and some regulated goods may require a specific carrier or may not be eligible for the destination. The USPS international restrictions explain common restrictions. Check the exact item and country before ordering.
Eligible packages can be reviewed for consolidation before forwarding. Packing safety, parcel dimensions, storage timing, destination rules and carrier limits can make separate shipments more appropriate, so consolidation is not an automatic saving or a guarantee for every order.
The total can include the retailer’s domestic delivery, your mailbox plan, applicable receiving or storage charges, forwarding postage, a handling fee and destination charges. VMH weighs and measures the forwarding parcel and provides the available shipping quote for approval before dispatch.
The quote identifies the forwarding postage and handling included by VMH. Duties, taxes and carrier charges depend on the destination and contents and may be collected separately. Review whether an available service is offered as DDU or DDP before approving it.
Accepted packages are recorded on arrival. After you choose an available service and approve the quote, VMH’s published target is dispatch within one business day. Carrier transit time begins after dispatch and depends on the selected service and destination.
Get the seller’s return authorization, label and deadline first, then ask VMH about eligible return handling and postage. VMH can support the physical return process when available, but the retailer controls return acceptance and refunds.

With DDU (delivered duty unpaid, also called DAP), the recipient pays any duties, taxes and carrier fees when the parcel arrives. With DDP (delivered duty paid), those charges are prepaid, so they sit inside the amount you approve before dispatch and the carrier should not collect them again at the door.
Which one is available depends on the carrier, the service and the destination, and not every service offers both. DDU usually costs less up front but can bring a bill on delivery. A parcel refused because duties went unpaid may be sent back, and postage for that trip is generally not refunded, so check the likely charges for your country before you approve the quote.
Each item in the parcel is declared with a specific description, quantity, value and country of origin. “Gift”, “merchandise” or “personal items” are not enough: customs expects a description such as “cotton T-shirts” or “USB-C charging cable”, and most international parcels now need this data submitted electronically before they travel.
The declaration has to match what is in the box and what you paid. Keep your order confirmations, because the store’s receipt is the simplest evidence of value. Values cannot be understated to lower duties, and items restricted for the destination or the carrier cannot go in the parcel.
Tell us what you want to buy and its final destination. We will confirm the receiving requirements and available package forwarding options before you place the order.
