When a collaboration includes a physical product, your receiving address becomes part of the brief. VMH can provide a separate destination for eligible brand sends, with onward delivery arranged when you need it.
Before the brand ships, discuss the contents, dimensions, value and expected volume with VMH. Include any forwarding destination so receiving, storage and shipping terms are clear.

Before you post it publicly, think about volume and parcels. An audience address can bring more items than a business address, and your plan’s included mail and per-item charges apply to all of them. Parcels from senders you have not agreed a delivery with are a separate question: discuss what you expect with VMH before inviting them, as you would for a brand send. Compare mailbox plans.

Share those details only after VMH has confirmed the receiving arrangement, and pass on anything agreed about the parcel’s size or timing. Use the same address format whichever carrier the brand chooses. What a CMRA address is.
Use it where a mailing address is accepted, and check before you rely on it anywhere else. Many banks and payment providers ask for a physical operating address during verification and screen for mailbox addresses, so a mailbox may not be accepted in that field.
A Google Business Profile needs a staffed location, which a mailbox is not. If you need an address for verification, read how proof of address works and ask which option fits your business before you apply. No bank or platform decision can be guaranteed in advance.
