You'll receive an automatic email notification the moment our mail scanning service uploads new mail to your virtual mailbox. From there, you can view, open and scan, forward, or securely shred your mail directly from the dashboard or our mobile app.

Financial institutions verify customer and business addresses under their own KYC and customer-identification policies. A standard virtual mailbox is a CMRA mail-receiving service and may not satisfy an institution's requirement for a physical business location. Virtual Mail Hub operates its virtual-mailbox service as a USPS-registered CMRA. Eligible Physical Office Address plans separately provide a commercial suite, lease, and utility-bill documentation intended to support address verification. Final acceptance depends on the institution's current policy and the applicant's circumstances.

For business-address verification, a financial institution may ask for documents in your company's name, such as a recent utility bill or a signed lease agreement. Requirements vary by institution, account type, applicant, and current policy, so confirm the exact checklist with the institution before purchasing a plan.

Eligible Physical Office Address plans at participating locations include a commercial sublease agreement and utility-bill documentation in your company's name. These documents are intended to support physical-address verification; they do not guarantee approval, and each institution applies its own current requirements.

Yes. After subscribing, you'll need to complete USPS Form 1583 to authorize us to receive mail on your behalf — this is required to establish a private mailbox in the United States. Most customers complete their form the same day they sign up, directly from their dashboard.

Yes. Mail forwarding is available on all of our plans. On some plans it's included at no extra handling fee, while on others a per-request shipping & handling fee plus postage applies. We support both national and international forwarding (international forwarding is available on select plans).

Additional mail fees depend on your service plan and location. Each plan includes a different number of items per month, and any overage pricing varies by plan. Visit our pricing page to compare plans for each location.

Yes. We provide comprehensive change of address guidance to ensure a smooth transition to your new virtual mailbox. Our team assists you in updating your address with all necessary institutions and contacts, while your paper mail is managed securely online so you never miss an important document.

Refund requests submitted within 15 calendar days of the original purchase may qualify for a full refund when documented identity verification or USPS Form 1583 verification cannot be completed through no fault or misconduct of the customer. Eligibility is reviewed under the Terms of Service.
