Check Deposit Service Disclaimer and Agreement of Service

Please Read Carefully

By using our "Check Deposit" service, you authorize Virtual Mail Hub ("the Company," "we," "us") to act on your behalf and upon your instruction to deposit the physical, scanned check into the bank account you have specified. Before requesting this service, you declare that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to the following terms and conditions.

Scope of Service: The responsibility of the Company and its operational staff ("mail handler") is strictly limited to the physical act of delivering the check to a bank branch or ATM. We are not a banking or financial institution; we are solely providing a courier service acting on your behalf in this transaction.

Check Validity and Origin: We accept no liability regarding the check's origin, legal validity, the authenticity of signatures, the identity of the issuer, or whether there are sufficient funds in the issuer's account. These matters are entirely between you, the party issuing the check, and your bank.

Liability for Banking Transactions: The Company cannot be held responsible if the check is rejected by the bank for any reason (e.g., suspicion of fraud, damage, incorrect information, etc.), if there are delays in processing, if a hold is placed on the deposited funds by the bank, or if the deposit fails for any reason.

Verification Responsibility: It is entirely your responsibility to verify that the deposit has been successfully completed and that the funds have been credited to your account. The deposit slip or transaction receipt uploaded by us to the system serves only as proof of the physical delivery of the check to the bank and does not guarantee the final outcome of the banking transaction.

Indemnification and Limitation of Liability: You agree to not hold the Company, its employees, or its partners liable for any financial loss, fraud, delay, dispute, or damage that may arise in connection with the use of this service. You hereby waive any and all rights to claims, demands, and legal actions.
